Formal identification has not yet been carried out but the family of Jasmine Macquaker have been informed.
The teenager was last seen at Dalmeny railway station near the Forth Bridge on Sunday at about 20:15.
The death is being treated as unexplained. The body was found just after 07:00 by a member of the public.
